Terms and conditions
For all Programs purchased from The Sarah Leather LTD-:
1) Technical support
Please email admin@thesarahleather.com if you have any issues. Please allow 2 business days for a reply, although you may get a reply within a few hours. Either I or one of my assistants will reply.
2) Refund Policy
Coaching is non-refundable so please take this into consideration when purchasing.
When joining and paying for a program via a payment plan, please know it is your responsibility to ensure adequate funds at all times to cover your payments.
Please note that those on the payment plan are committed to pay all installments. Your payment schedule cannot be cancelled after the first 14 days have passed.
3) Trainings & info
You are free to use and download all training modules and info for PERSONAL USE ONLY, but none of the materials can be replicated or duplicated with the intention to use it as a product to be given or sold by you in your own business.
4) What does 'Lifetime' access mean?
Lifetime access means that you will have full access to content purchased for the lifetime of said program or course. This will be a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
If the program or course runs for less than 12 months, you will receive a pro-rata refund.
5) Confidentiality
Confidentiality is paramount in all group programs/masterminds. If anyone is found to be breaking the confidentiality guidelines (such as sharing information outside the group) they will be removed and no refund will be given.
6) Voxer Support
If you've signed up for Voxer (voice/text app) your access is unlimited for the length of time agreed. This does not include CEO Week (which is usually the last week of each month) or planned holiday periods.
